About the Role
Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Senior Principal Analog Design Engineer in Woodland Hills, CA. This senior-level role contributes to the enterprise-wide digital transformation using Model-based Engineering, DevSecOps and Agile practices.
What You'll Do
Under minimum supervision, perform analog circuit design and analysis to support new product development. Tasks include:
- System and subsystem level requirements analysis and development
- Conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design through verification and characterization
- Circuit modeling, simulation, and analysis
- Signal and power integrity analyses on PCB designs
Requirements
- Bachelor's + 8 years, Master's + 6 years, or Ph.D. + 3 years in STEM or related field
- Experience in analog circuit design, modeling, and simulation
- Schematic capture experience (Mentor Xpedition, Cadence, or Altium Designer)
- Circuit and sub-system test and troubleshooting experience
- U.S. Citizenship; ability to obtain/maintain US Government Secret clearance
- On-site full-time in Woodland Hills, CA
Preferred Qualifications
- PCB design using Mentor Xpedition Designer and AMS
- HyperLynx Signal and Power Integrity analyses
- PSpice circuit design analyses
- MSEE with emphasis in Analog Circuit Design
Salary Range
$142,200–$213,400
