Senior Paralegal Specialist

About the Role

Join Disney's Employment Legal group in Burbank, CA as a Senior Paralegal Specialist, providing broad paralegal support across the team in a high-volume environment. 4 days/week in-office (Monday–Thursday).

What You Will Do

• Provide guidance and support on employment matters affecting the entire Disney enterprise
• Draft investigation file summaries and issue legal holds
• Organize and maintain electronic file systems and records
• Gather and assemble documents for administrative charges and mediation briefs
• Manage employee and payroll records requests
• Handle contract drafting and administration

Requirements

• 8+ years of paralegal experience in litigation and/or employment law
• Expertise in legal and factual research
• Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• High-level ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive and privileged information
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing corporate entities in high-volume environments
• Proficiency with legal entity management systems (CSC, Diligent Entities)

Education

Bachelor's Degree and/or ABA-recognized paralegal qualifications

Pay & Benefits

$115,500–$154,800/yr. Bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be included.
