About the Role

What You'll Do
- Lead financial planning and analysis for enterprise-wide initiatives
- Develop and present financial narratives that inform senior leadership and Board decisions
- Partner with business segment CFOs and finance teams on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Manage and mentor a team of finance analysts
- Drive process improvements and standardization in corporate financial reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive finance experience
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency
Preferred
- MBA or advanced degree
- Big 4 or large-corporation finance experience
