About the role
The Senior Manager, Talent & Growth (Talent Management) drives talent outcomes across core TM practices — succession, talent reviews, and differentiated talent development — partnering with People & Culture Business Partners, functional teams, and senior leaders. Reports to the Head of Talent & Growth, Corporate.
What you'll do
- Own the TM operating model — how the work is planned, resourced, delivered, and measured
- Shape talent outcomes (retention of critical roles, internal mobility/fill rate, successor readiness)
- Oversee succession planning and talent reviews; advise Business Partners and executives on talent decisions
- Design the differentiated talent development strategy, including rotational experiences and 360 reviews
- Direct the work of a team, setting priorities and quality standards
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in HR, talent management, organizational development, or L&D
- Track record building or redesigning a talent management process
- Ability to consult credibly with senior leaders, connecting talent data to business outcomes
Pay
Hiring range: $168,200–$205,400/year
