About the role
The Senior Manager, Creator Partnerships – YouTube defines and drives Disney's content strategy across high-impact creator partnership initiatives, owning a portfolio of complex, high-value creator relationships. Reports to the VP, Digital Marketing. Note: this is a project hire role estimated to run 12 months.
What you'll do
- Lead creator strategy for high-priority partnerships, translating brand and audience objectives into integrated creator programs
- Steward a significant portion of Disney's large-scale creator investments and partnership agreements
- Lead the full lifecycle of creator partnerships, from strategic brief through execution and post-campaign value assessment
- Own senior-level relationships with third-party creator partners, agencies, and production partners
- Architect channel, content, and activation strategies across creator appearances and Disney-owned distribution
- Identify, evaluate, and advance new creator talent opportunities
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in influencer/creator marketing, talent partnerships, or digital marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field
Pay
Hiring range: $126,800–$170,000/year
