About the Role
The Disney Television Studios (DTS) Finance team leads financial planning and analysis for content produced by 20th Television, 20th Animation, and Searchlight TV. The Senior Manager, Finance is a key leadership role within DTS Finance, responsible for maintaining accurate television series ultimates and delivering critical financial insights across the studio's content portfolio — serving as a strategic partner to FP&A, Controllership, Business Affairs, and Strategy.
What You'll Do
- Maintain TV ultimates, including co-productions, throughout forecasting cycles
- Own series ultimate revenue consolidation for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Content Sales Licensing Other (CSLO), and Content Valuation (CVA)
- Model and communicate the fiscal impact of ultimate revenue and cost updates
- Partner with FP&A on participations and residuals cost forecasts, flagging Risks & Opportunities
- Own quarterly close deliverables, including ultimate Flux reporting for divisional controller
- Support high-impact ad hoc reporting for Business Affairs, Strategy, and Finance leadership
- Drive Finance Transformation and AI-integration automation projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, TV ultimates, accounting, or studio finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis
- Strong communication skills, executive presence, and attention to detail
