Senior Manager, Creative Content - Searchlight Pictures

About the Role

Searchlight Pictures (part of The Walt Disney Studios) is looking for a Senior Manager, Creative Content to oversee special content marketing campaigns for its film slate — the making-of, awards, and publicity materials seen across broadcast, digital, social, and out-of-home globally.

What You'll Do

• Oversee special content marketing materials for pre-release, awards, and post-theatrical windows
• Hire and manage vendors producing EPK/BTS featurettes, awards materials, reels, publicity clips, and in-home bonus content
• Plan and coordinate BTS capture during production; manage selects and approvals in post
• Direct EPK interview strategy and manage shoot days with talent and filmmakers
• Coordinate shoots — hiring crew, booking locations, clearing concepts with filmmakers/talent reps, scheduling
• Manage dissemination of creative content and press materials, including junket interviews and trailers
• Own budgets for creative content projects with Finance and vendors
• Liaise with international markets on content needs, cutdowns, and delivery deadlines

Pay & Benefits

$115,500–$154,800/yr, plus bonus/long-term incentive eligibility and Disney's full benefits package.
