Casting Administrator (Disney Entertainment Television)

About the Role

Disney Entertainment Television is looking for a Casting Administrator to support performer-related processes across prime time, basic cable, and streaming pilots and series, managing sensitive information in compliance with guild and studio standards.

What You'll Do

• Review and validate deal memos from casting directors and production teams for guild and studio-policy compliance
• Draft, review, and execute performer contracts for prime time, cable, and streaming productions
• Distribute, scan, file, and archive performer documents with accurate, secure record-keeping
• Prepare and process paperwork for court approval of minors
• Maintain compliance logs per episode across assigned projects
• Review post-production timesheets and flag necessary ADR payments to payroll
• Prepare and submit Taft-Hartley Reports to SAG-AFTRA as required
• Keep database records current with confidential project, performer, and agent details

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience with strong business administration fundamentals
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to track and organize high volumes of details, data, and tasks

Pay & Benefits

$72,000–$96,500/yr, plus bonus eligibility and Disney's full benefits package.
