About the Role
Under the supervision of the FP&A Supervisor, the Senior FP&A Analyst leads financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting across the organization, providing leadership with actionable insights and working closely with departments to refine financial processes and budget management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years FP&A experience, including 2+ years senior/leadership, preferably non-profit
- Experience with grants, donations, and multi-source funding
- Advanced Excel; familiarity with NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP
- Strong knowledge of non-profit GAAP and fund accounting
Schedule
- Hybrid, full-time, typically M-F, regular business hours
