Seasonal Service Associate

Overview

Bloomingdale's is seeking a Seasonal Service Associate to fill the B-Helpful Professional role. You will serve as a go-to resource for customers seeking assistance with in-store services, making their shopping experience seamless and memorable.

What You Will Do

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store
• Assist with Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPS) order management and easy returns
• Provide information on tourism and local shopping services
• Book appointments for in-store services including personal styling and alterations
• Answer general customer questions and direct shoppers to departments
• Support store team during peak seasonal periods

Who You Are

• Customer-service focused with a warm, professional demeanor
• Comfortable handling multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior retail or hospitality experience a plus

• On-site, in-store retail setting
• Seasonal position with potential for extended hours during holiday periods
