What You Will Do

• Greet and engage customers at the fragrance counter
• Demonstrate fragrances and assist customers in finding the right scent
• Meet and exceed individual and counter sales goals
• Process customer transactions and fulfill online/in-store orders
• Maintain counter stock, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
• Attend brand training and product knowledge sessions

Who You Are

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable with a flexible retail schedule including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for beauty and fragrance products

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable reaching, lifting, and maneuvering in a retail environment
