Seasonal Retail Sales Associate

About the role

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you blend selling with genuine hospitality to create standout holiday shopping experiences. You take the time to understand each customer's needs, offering personalized recommendations and connecting them with the right products and services.

Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10-20 hours per week.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared.
• Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions.
• Offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations.
• Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages, updating signs and pricing.
• Share Loyalty program benefits and end each interaction with a sincere thank-you.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs.
