Seasonal Retail Sales and Recovery Associate

About the role

As a Retail Sales & Recovery Colleague, you keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is always customer-ready. Your friendly attitude fosters a warm environment that invites customers to return.

Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10-20 hours per week.

What you'll do

• Start each day energized and help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and ready for customers.
• Offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations.
• Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves.
• Share Loyalty program benefits and end each interaction with a sincere thank-you.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs.
