Seasonal Retail Commission Sales Associate - Fine Jewelry

About the role

As a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague, you provide outstanding customer service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex, creating shopping experiences that make every customer feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued. You bring elegance, expertise, and personalized service to every interaction, helping customers find the perfect piece to celebrate life's special moments.

What you'll do

• Establish and cultivate long term client relationships through consultative selling, genuine hospitality, and active use of clienteling program.
• Promote loyalty and warranty programs, and support inventory and fulfillment activities.
• Ensure the security, accuracy, and impeccable presentation of merchandise.
• Participate in sales events and support special events.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of related experience required.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs.
