Seasonal Operations Associate (Part-Time)

About the Role

The Seasonal Operations Associate supports store goals during peak and high-volume periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences and bringing the ALO Brand Mission to life — driving operational excellence, building customer loyalty, and contributing to a high-performing team.

What You'll Do

• Execute inventory management, focused on accuracy and reducing shrink
• Support shipment, receiving, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor sets, and supply management
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor and stockroom
• Move dynamically around the store to support the business, team, and guests
• Resolve guest needs quickly and effectively

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Able to move constantly, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for a full shift
• Passion for customer service and a self-motivated, team-oriented approach

Schedule

Part-time, up to 20 hours/week, seasonal (minimum 4-hour shifts), including the Thanksgiving-through-January 22 holiday blackout period.

Pay & Benefits
