Seasonal Sales Associate (Part-Time)

About the Role

The Seasonal Sales Associate supports store goals during peak and high-volume periods by delivering exceptional guest experiences and bringing the ALO Brand Mission to life — driving sales, building customer loyalty, and contributing to a high-performing team.

What You'll Do

• Drive and exceed sales goals through ALO's Flow initiatives
• Provide a friendly, easy-to-shop guest experience and build client relationships
• Partner with leadership to analyze reports and strategize toward store goals
• Introduce guests to ALO's Retail, Yoga, and Café offerings
• Assist with shipment processing, visual merchandising, and replenishment

Requirements

• Preferred 1+ years of experience in a client-centric sales environment
• Able to move constantly, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for a full shift
• Passion for customer service and a self-motivated, team-oriented approach

Schedule

Part-time, up to 20 hours/week, seasonal (minimum 4-hour shifts), including the Thanksgiving-through-January 22 holiday blackout period.

Pay & Benefits
