About the Role

Part-time store leadership role at Foot Locker. The Sales Lead helps bring sneaker culture to life by leading the sales floor, supporting the Store Manager, and coaching the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Lead the floor and set the tone for the team's energy and performance
• Coach and support store associates on sales techniques and brand standards
• Drive sales results and take ownership of day-to-day store operations
• Maintain store appearance and ensure a great experience for every customer

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
