About the role

What you'll do

Customer Experience & Sales

• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
• Help customers build head to toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and must have add ons.
• Drive sales by sharing knowledge of the products and helping customers find what they'll love.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care.

Store Ops & Execution

• Help with daily store tasks like restocking, fitting room upkeep, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized.
• Maintain store visuals and recovery standards.
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.

Teamwork & Culture

• Work together with teammates and leaders to crush store goals.
• Take part in training and coaching: learn, grow, and level up.
• Bring positive energy and help create a respectful, inclusive, team oriented environment.

Requirements

• Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture.
• Comfortable talking with people and helping customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, motivated, a great teammate, and eager to learn.

Pay & benefits

Rate of Pay: $17.90/hour. Daily Pay / Weekly Pay. 30-50% Employee Discount. Development and Advancement Opportunities.
