What you'll do

• Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience demonstrated by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and providing a high level of customer service
• Processes, cultures, and resides in merchandise
• Maintains a clean and organized sales floor; assists in general cleaning efforts
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
• Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors to complete tasks
• Ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
• Retail experience preferred
