- Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience while maintaining merchandise standards
- Processes, cultures, and resides in merchandise
- Maintains a clean and organized sales floor and assists in general cleaning efforts
- Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the assigned area
- Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
Requirements
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail experience preferred
