About the Role

Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients in the Psychiatric unit. Supervises and directs nursing staff, coordinates care with other disciplines, and applies critical thinking and professional judgment.

Requirements

• BSN preferred
• Acute care experience preferred
• RN licensure in California: Required
• BLS certification: Required
• Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or TEAM certification: Required

What You'll Do

• Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnoses and care issues
• Develop and implement individualized psychiatric care plans
• Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate care across disciplines
• Document patient progress and outcomes
