Retail Seasonal Store Associate

About the Role

Fabletics Retail is looking for a Seasonal Store Associate for our store at The Village at Topanga in Woodland Hills, CA. In this role you'll be at the forefront of delivering a best-in-class retail shopping experience.

This position is expected to run for 3–4 months with potential to extend.

What You'll Do

• Embody Fabletics culture and values; provide customers insight on how to live their passion
• Actively engage customers by providing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop
• Strive for excellence meeting and exceeding Store objectives in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals
• Maintain all safety and security standards; identify and communicate potential issues
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10–30 lbs)

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of work experience within a retail environment preferred
• Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices (yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, etc.)
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with good communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Pay & Benefits

$17.30–$18.00/hr depending on experience. Plus:
