Retail Full-Time Sales Lead

About the Role

Fabletics is looking for a Retail Full-Time Sales Lead for our location at Glendale Galleria in Glendale, CA. In this role you'll deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting both Sales & Operations, leveraging cutting-edge technology to create a seamless shopping journey between the website and retail stores.

What You'll Do

• Embody Fabletics culture and values; provide customers insight on how to live their passion
• Actively engage customers by providing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects
• Provide training and immediate feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.)
• Work with Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed individual and team performance goals
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals
• Maintain all safety and security standards; identify and communicate potential issues
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10–30 lbs)

What You Bring

• 1+ year of work experience within a retail environment (prior retail management experience a plus)
• Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices (yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, etc.)
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with large teams; self-motivated with strong communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Pay & Benefits

$20.42–$20.57/hr depending on experience. Plus:
