About the Role

A first step into leadership, modeling and driving a WOW customer-experience-focused selling culture, providing leadership and support to hit sales and profitability goals. Reports to the Retail Store Manager.

What You'll Do

• Maintain a branded store experience through visual execution and standards
• Develop, coach, and retain a high-performing customer-focused team
• Assess business trends and take action to solve business opportunities
• Support inventory management, omni-channel initiatives, and customer loyalty programs
• Open/close the store and lead the sales floor in the Store Manager's absence

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Associate's degree and 1 year of related experience preferred
• 1+ years of leadership experience in fast-paced specialty retail
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Pay

$18.00/hr base plus $4.00+/hr bonus.
