• Fit Expert – $20.50/hour (base of $16.50 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour)
• Sales Lead – $21.50/hour (base of $17.50 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour)

Fit Expert Requirements

• Reliability and flexible schedule availability (days, evenings, holidays, weekends)
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales; 10+ years preferred
• Positive, energetic attitude and ability to make customers feel valued

Sales Lead Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree and 1 year of related experience preferred
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in fast-paced specialty retail preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
