Macy's is looking for a Retail Sales Ambassador to join the Sportswear and Ready-to-Wear department. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be the face of the department—engaging customers, driving sales, and delivering an excellent shopping experience.
What You Will Do
- Greet and assist customers in the sportswear and ready-to-wear department
- Build customer relationships and develop product knowledge to drive sales
- Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries
- Maintain floor standards including replenishment, folding, and visual presentation
- Meet individual and department sales goals
- Collaborate with store team during peak periods

Who You Are
