Retail Merchandising Support Associate

About the role

As a Merchandising Colleague (Front of House), you'll execute merchandise movement and placement strategies, enhance the visual appeal of the sales floor, maintain well-organized and shoppable displays, and ensure that pricing and promotional signage is accurate.

Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week with weekend shifts required.

What you'll do

• Support visual merchandising by updating mannequins, resetting floor layouts, and aligning presentation with company directives.
• Welcome customers with genuine hospitality and offer assistance.
• Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and replenishing merchandise.
• Open credit accounts and share Loyalty program benefits.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting up to 50 lbs.
