Retail Golf Equipment Sales Lead

About the Role

As the Key Carrying Lead for Golf, you're the in-store expert of your department — delivering the best service to customers and providing direction to teammates, under the guidance of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager.

What You'll Do

• Support hiring by observing in-store interviews and department tours
• Build a people-first culture connecting with every teammate
• Plan and organize department priorities 30 days out with the ASM
• Ensure brand standards, floor sets, and pricing/signage are executed
• Assist store leadership with general supervision, including opening/closing and Front End/Cash Office functions
• Train and onboard new teammates; maintain loss prevention standards

Requirements

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Prior retail sales experience preferred
• Able to stand, bend, reach, and lift 15–35 lb items repetitively; work at heights above 4 feet with a ladder or lift
