Relationship Banker – Sherman Oaks

About the Role

As a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch, you'll use the latest banking solutions and financial technology to acquire, manage, and retain meaningful client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, friendly service to put clients first
• Proactively meet with assigned clients in person and by phone to understand their financial needs
• Educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries
• Excellent communication skills; ability to tailor recommendations to different client needs
• High school degree, GED, or equivalent
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, and Life licenses required (or obtained within 180 days of hire)
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or military equivalent
• Experience with banking regulatory compliance
