About the Role
Join Chase Home Lending's high-energy team as a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Toluca Lake. You'll serve as the chief point of contact for customers throughout the life of their loan, guiding clients toward the dream of homeownership.
What You'll Do
- Coach and mentor branch team members on home lending products and services
- Work with bankers to serve their customers and introduce new clients to banking products
- Develop partnerships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations
- Build your role as the internal and external mortgage expert
- Provide consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer goals
- Utilize marketing programs, cross-sell efforts, and outbound lead sourcing to drive business
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of local real estate market
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
Preferred
- FHA/VA sales experience
- Marketing, relationship building, and consulting skills
- Intermediate PC skills
