Relationship Banker

About the Role

As a Relationship Banker at Chase's North Hollywood branch, you take a lead role in acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful client relationships. You'll use your financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions, contributing to the success of the branch.

What You'll Do

• Manage assigned clients; meet in person and by phone to understand financial needs and tailor recommendations
• Educate and connect clients to the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs
• Engage consultatively to understand client needs and build trust
• Connect clients to specialists for specialized financial needs
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking, financial services, or related industries
• Excellent communication skills; ability to tailor benefits to clients with differing needs
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses required (unlicensed applicants must obtain within 180 days of hire)
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or military equivalent
• Experience with banking policies and regulatory requirements
