Relationship Banker – Encino

About the Role

Represent Chase's brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and financial technology to acquire, manage, and retain meaningful client relationships at the Encino Main branch.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, friendly service that puts clients first
• Proactively meet with assigned clients in person and by phone to understand financial needs
• Educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries
• Excellent communication skills; ability to tailor recommendations to different client needs
• High school degree, GED, or equivalent
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, and Life licenses required (or obtained within 180 days of hire)
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or military equivalent
• Experience with banking regulatory compliance
