Quality Improvement Specialist

About the role

Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA is hiring a Quality Improvement Specialist — Full-time, 8-hour Day shifts. This role coordinates and facilitates Peer Review processes with the Medical Staff and supports Quality Improvement processes to enhance patient care, providing technical and analytical support for data analysis and evaluation.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in clinical health care, including direct experience in performance improvement
• Experience with clinical databases and patient outcomes measurements
• CPHQ certification preferred upon hire
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and statistical analysis preferred
