Program Manager

Elevance Health (Anthem Blue Cross) is seeking a Program Manager based in Woodland Hills, CA.

Pay: $106,628-$159,942/year | Hybrid (1-2 days/week in office) Posting closes: September 29, 2026.

About the Role

This role leads successful execution of several regulatory compliance programs:

• Subcontractor Network Certification (SNC) annual filing (DHCS APL 23-006)
• Provider Appointment Availability Survey (PAAS) (DMHC APL 25-014; DHCS APL 25-006)
• Provider After-Hours Survey (PAHS) (DHCS APL 25-006)

Oversees analysis, improvement initiatives, regulatory filings, and ongoing compliance related to Anthem Blue Cross subcontractor network adequacy. Includes monitoring time or distance, provider ratios, timely access, managing Corrective Action Plans, and completing quarterly SNC updates.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Manage development, approval, implementation, and compliance of ongoing client-facing programs
• Develop program budgets; ensure programs meet stated objectives
• Research applicable practices and stay current on industry trends
• Manage external client relationships; partner with corporate and regional business areas
• Coordinate training; develop success measures and perform periodic assessments

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS with minimum 5 years of client-facing program/project management experience (or equivalent)

Preferred

• Graduate degree
• Project management certification
