Product Development Manager - Marvel Games

About the Role

Marvel Games is looking for a Product Development Manager to oversee multiple projects with top game development partners, bringing Marvel characters to market in original, memorable, playable stories. Reports to the Executive Producer. Full-time.

What You'll Do

• Support the Executive Producer and Senior Manager, Product Development through concept, development, go-to-market, and live-service cycles for multiple games
• Serve as key point of contact and problem solver for external partners' game development, marketing, and promotional efforts
• Maintain strong partner relationships with clear, consistent communication and feedback
• Identify product risks and recommend mitigations to keep projects on strategic goals
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand authenticity and quality from development through launch and live ops
• Play, dissect, and analyze games throughout development to certify market readiness

Qualifications

• Experience in development or publishing roles at industry-leading AAA PC, console, or mobile game companies
• Versatile across production, design, tech, sales, marketing, PR, social, analytics, monetization, and live services
• At least 5 years in development, publishing, or partnership management, having shipped at least one AAA mobile or console title (live-service experience a plus)
• Passionate about Marvel and current gaming trends across mobile, console, PC, VR, and competitive gaming

Pay & Benefits

$87,100–$116,800/yr, plus bonus/long-term incentive eligibility and Disney's full benefits package.
