Private Events Venue Lead

About the Role

The Private Events Venue Lead serves as the direct on-site venue representative and primary point of contact for clients at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center (LAEC). You'll oversee all event phases from load-in through load-out and act as the central liaison between clients, vendors, and venue teams. Pay: $30/hr.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the direct on-site point of contact for the client throughout load-in, event operations, and load-out
• Ensure events run smoothly while upholding venue standards, policies, and contractual agreements
• Provide day-of direction to the Private Events Support Assistant and venue-hired vendors
• Manage logistics, space preparation, and team coordination
• On multi-event days, operate independently alongside the PE Sales Manager, each overseeing their respective event

Requirements

• Experience in event management or venue operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends
