About the Role
Hands-on Line Cook position for the Food & Beverage / Kitchen department at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center (LAEC). Reports to Executive Chef/Sous Chef. Pay: $24/hr.
What You'll Do
- Maintain an organized and sanitary workstation at all times
- Follow approved recipes and production standards
- Prepare meats, vegetables, proteins, starches, and soups according to specific recipes or as instructed by the Sous Chef/Executive Chef
- Adjust quantities for fluctuation in volume
- Properly label and date food items
- Assist with event prep and service as directed
