About the Role
Northrop Grumman's Advanced Weapons Business Unit in Northridge, CA is hiring a Principal/Sr. Principal Property & Asset Management Analyst to oversee asset business systems, ensuring company, customer, and US Government property is managed per applicable regulations. Onsite; may follow a 9/80 schedule.
What You'll Do
- Maintain property accountability records; arrange disposal of surplus/obsolete equipment
- Conduct internal/external property assessments
- Advise on contracts and regulations for property life-cycle management
- Support U.S. Government, customer, and internal audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's + 5 years (Level 3) or 8 years (Level 4) relevant property administration experience (or Master's/experience equivalents)
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS property administration
- Ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance; up to 25% travel
