About the Role

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Principal Analog Design Engineer in Woodland Hills, CA. This role is part of the enterprise-wide digital transformation using Model-based Engineering, DevSecOps and Agile practices.

What You'll Do

Under minimum supervision, perform analog circuit design and analysis to support new product development. Tasks include:

• System and subsystem level requirements analysis and development
• Conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design through verification and characterization
• Circuit modeling, simulation, and analysis
• Signal and power integrity analyses on PCB designs

Requirements

• Bachelor's + 5 years, Master's + 3 years, or Ph.D. in STEM or related field
• Experience in analog circuit design, modeling, and simulation
• Schematic capture experience (Mentor Xpedition, Cadence, or Altium Designer)
• Circuit and sub-system test and troubleshooting experience
• U.S. Citizenship; ability to obtain/maintain US Government Secret clearance
• On-site full-time in Woodland Hills, CA

Preferred Qualifications

• PCB design experience using Mentor Xpedition Designer and AMS
• HyperLynx Signal and Power Integrity analyses experience
• PSpice circuit design analyses
• MSEE with emphasis in Analog Circuit Design

Salary Range

$114,000–$171,000
