About the Role
CVS Health's beauty retail division is seeking a talented, sales-oriented Beauty Sales Consultant who is passionate about the retail beauty industry. As the primary beauty advisor to customers, you'll provide friendly, knowledgeable sales service to every client who enters the store's beauty zone.
What You'll Do
- Provide personalized sales service based on customer needs, with effective upselling and suggestive selling
- Answer customer questions with product knowledge to build the largest sales basket possible
- Educate customers on product usage and benefits; leverage the CVS beauty monthly sampling program
- Create and maintain product displays, end caps, and promotional materials
- Keep the beauty zone clean, well-stocked, and compliant with hygiene standards
Training & Growth
- Complete initial 30/60/90-day onboarding training with ongoing educational programs
- Participate in sales training meetings on programs, promotions, new items, and brand launches
Pay
$20.47–$29.47/hr
