Pharmacy Technician

Job Purpose and Summary

As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence within your store — often the first point of contact for patients and customers.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy operations to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off).
• Contribute to positive patient experiences with empathy and genuine care; offer immunizations and other services.
• Complete basic inventory activities (medication deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stock, waiting bin inventories) as permitted by law.
• Contribute to a high-performing team and remain flexible for scheduling and business needs, including traveling to other stores as needed.
• Comply with all relevant federal, state, and local pharmacy laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Must complete a rigorous company training program and satisfy state Board of Pharmacy registration, licensing, and certification requirements.

Pay

• $20.47–$30.47/hr
