About the Role
As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence within your store — often the first point of contact for patients and customers.
Responsibilities
- Support pharmacy operations to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
- Follow SOPs and workflow procedures at each pharmacy workstation (production, pick-up, drive-thru, drop-off).
- Create positive patient experiences at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone; offer immunizations and other services.
- Complete basic inventory activities (medication deliveries, cycle counts, returns-to-stock, waiting bin inventories) as permitted by law.
- Contribute to a high-performing team and remain flexible for scheduling and business needs, including traveling to other stores as needed.
- Comply with all relevant federal, state, and local pharmacy laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Must complete a rigorous company training program and satisfy state Board of Pharmacy registration, licensing, and certification requirements.
