About the Role

DaVita Patient Care Technician (PCT) at 14434 Sherman Way, Van Nuys, CA — a float position offering a dedicated home clinic plus regional variety, supporting patients with end-stage renal disease under RN supervision.

What You'll Do

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment; record vital signs and patient data
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

Requirements

• Accredited high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
• Willing to float between local clinics; flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
