Social Worker (MSW) - Awaiting Credentials

About the Role

As a Social Worker at DaVita, you'll be a vital member of each patient's core care team, helping patients understand their rights and responsibilities and guiding them through the physical, mental, emotional and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease.

Requirements

• Meets all state-required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting.
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required, with a specialization in clinical practice.
• Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and functional proficiency with DaVita-specific applications within 60 days.

Pay

• $78,000–$94,000/year, depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
