Patient Care Technician

About the Role

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease at an outpatient dialysis clinic in Glendale, CA, providing direct, hands-on care under RN supervision.

What You'll Do

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment; record vital signs and patient data
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet; willing to float between local clinics
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
