About the Role

Patient Care Technician (PCT) – In-Center Hemodialysis (ICHD). Provide direct, hands-on care to patients with end-stage renal disease under RN supervision in an outpatient dialysis clinic.

Schedule

Three days per week, 12-hour shifts. Full-time.

What You'll Do

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
• Document patient progress and communicate with the care team
• Provide emotional support to patients undergoing life-sustaining treatment

Requirements

• PCT certification or dialysis experience preferred
• CPR certification required
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills

Pay

$25–$32/hr. Full-time.
