Licensed Vocational Nurse

About the role

DaVita seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at its outpatient dialysis center at 1211 North San Fernando Blvd, Burbank, CA 91504. Full-time, on-site.

No dialysis experience required — DaVita provides comprehensive training.

What you'll do

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
• Monitor and assess patients during dialysis treatments
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Educate patients and families on kidney disease management and treatment plans
• Float to various clinics during and after training as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Valid California LVN license required
• BLS certification required
• Flexible scheduling ability (dialysis centers operate 6 days/week, early mornings)
• Compassionate, empathetic care approach

Pay & schedule

• Full-time, on-site in Burbank
• $27–$40/hr
