Park Team Member (Woodland Hills)

About the Role

Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire's Woodland Hills park. They're responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments guests may have while on-site.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests and ensure their comfort upon arrival
• Run iPad check-in for liability waivers and guest information
• Manage the front cash counter and process payments
• Verify billing transactions through the POS system
• Stock and organize refrigerated drinks and snacks
• Monitor snack inventory and coordinate restocking with management
• Walk the floor regularly to spot hazards and ensure rule compliance
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and park structures
• Support family events and park operations

Requirements

• Available weekends and holidays
• Experience working with children
• iPad proficiency
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to work independently
• English literacy (reading and writing)
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and twisting constantly; good finger dexterity; tolerant of noise, heights, and tight spaces
