Park Team Member (Northridge)

About the Role

Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire's Northridge park. They're responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments guests may have on-site.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests promptly and ensure comfort throughout the facility
• Run iPad-based check-in for liability waivers and guest information
• Manage the front cash counter, process payments, and handle daily transaction registers
• Verify billing accuracy through the POS system
• Stock and organize refrigerated snacks and beverages
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking with management
• Patrol the facility regularly to spot hazards and ensure rule compliance
• Maintain sanitation of restrooms and park structures
• Support family events and smooth day-to-day operations

Requirements

• Available weekends and holidays
• Able to work with children
• iPad operation skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to work independently
• English literacy (reading and writing)
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, twisting constantly; good finger dexterity; tolerant of noise, heights, and tight spaces
