About the Role
A People Operations Intern to support the team with administrative tasks, recruiting coordination, inbox management, and company project support. Paid internship, not remote.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate interview scheduling and gather candidate availability
- Assist with candidate communication and general recruiting logistics
- Monitor, triage, and organize the recruiting inbox
- Support People Operations with administrative tasks, data entry, and document upkeep
- Help update templates, forms, and internal resources
- Assist with planning company activities or team initiatives
- Shadow training opportunities across different People Operations functions
Requirements
- Must be 18+ and currently enrolled in an accredited college, university, or trade school
- Must be able to work onsite in the Calabasas, CA office at least three days a week, 8 hours per day
- Typical commitment is 24-29 hours per week (generally Mon/Wed/Fri)
- Knowledge of dance music and Insomniac's brands is a plus
